Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Basic Batter:

3 eggs
1.5 tbl. vanilla
.75 c. sugar
12 tbl. melted butter

Mix together in a large bowl.

1.5 c. Ghirardelli cocoa
1.25 c. flour
3/8 tsp. salt
3/8 tsp. baking powder
2 tbl. finely ground coffee

Sift into the egg mixture. Blend together.

Turbocharger:

3/4 bag Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 jar Mrs. Richardson's Dark Chocolate Fudge Dessert Topping
3/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream

Melt together in a saucepan over medium heat, then fold into the Basic Batter. Pour batter into a greased 13"x9" baking pan.

Flourish:

remaining Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbl. raspberry syrup

Melt together and bring to a high heat. You want this as thin a liquid as possible. Dip out a small amount in a teaspoon and drizzle over the top of the batter. Repeat aesthetically. Do not completely cover the brownies.

Place pan in oven and cook for 45 min to one hour, taking the pan out of the oven every ten minutes and slamming it down on the counter to bring the center back down.

Allow to cool and set up (several hours minimum). Go buy a lot of milk while you are waiting.
